Pricing

01

What's included in the setup fee?

+

The Beauty Foundation setup ($3,500 AUD) covers: a custom-built Astro website, AEO audit across all major AI platforms, full schema markup suite, llms.txt and robots.txt configuration, Google Business Profile rebuild, citation building on key Australian directories, FAQ pages structured for AI extraction, and an Instagram DM booking assistant. The Aesthetic Foundation ($4,500 AUD) adds TGA-compliant copy methodology for clinics that advertise injectables or cosmetic medicine.

02

What does the monthly retainer cover?

+

The retainer adds ongoing AEO tracking (we rerun your baseline prompts monthly and document any shifts), DM automation maintenance, website content updates, a monthly PDF performance report with a Loom walkthrough, and a 30-minute strategy call. Aesthetic Foundation retainer clients also get TGA compliance monitoring for any new content. These are specific deliverables, not vague ongoing support.

03

Is there a lock-in contract?

+

No lock-in on the monthly retainer. Cancel with 30 days notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins, which is standard for any productised build. Your website belongs to you and stays live if you cancel. We hand over all hosting credentials and every asset.

04

Do you offer payment plans?

+

Not currently. The setup fee is paid in full before work begins. This keeps the engagement clean and avoids the project management overhead that instalment plans create. If cash flow is genuinely a constraint, email us and we can talk through options.

Process

05

What do you need from me to get started?

+

A list of your services and prices, your current website URL (if you have one), 15 to 30 photos of your clinic and work (we can work with what you have), your booking system login so we can connect the DM assistant, and your Google Business Profile access. Most of this takes 20 minutes to gather. We send a content brief on Day 1 that tells you exactly what we need.

06

How does the kickoff work?

+

Day 1 is a 45-minute video call. We confirm the brief, walk through your current digital footprint, agree on tone and direction, and set expectations for the build. After that, we do the work. You should not need to be heavily involved during the build itself.

07

How many revision rounds do I get?

+

One round of structured feedback after you see the first build. The scope is defined upfront, so revision rounds are about refinement, not rethinking the direction. If you want to add scope mid-build (new pages, new sections, different copy direction), that is quoted separately.

08

Do you work with clients outside the Gold Coast?

+

Not at this stage. Our focus is Gold Coast beauty and aesthetic clinics. The niche specialisation is part of what makes the offer work. We know the local suburbs, the competitor landscape, and the AI search patterns for this specific market. Expanding to broader Australia is planned for a later phase. Email [email protected] to be notified when that happens.

Timeline

09

How long does the build take?

+

14 to 21 days from kickoff to launch. Day 1 is the kickoff call. Days 2 to 5 cover the AEO audit, content collection, and Google Business Profile rebuild. Days 6 to 14 are the build itself. Days 15 to 21 are testing, review, and launch. The main variable is how quickly you can get us your photos and content. Most clients who are responsive are live within 14 days.

10

What if I already have a website I like?

+

We can audit your existing site and layer AEO on top: schema markup, a structured FAQ page, llms.txt, and a Google Business Profile rebuild. However, most existing salon websites were not built with AEO or performance in mind, and retrofitting can take longer than building fresh. We will tell you honestly which approach makes more sense after reviewing your current site.

Compliance

11

What is TGA compliance and why does it matter?

+

The Therapeutic Goods Administration regulates how cosmetic injectables (anti-wrinkle, lip filler, skin boosters) can be advertised in Australia. The TGA Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2018 restricts claims, before/after imagery, and testimonials for Schedule 4 medicines. Clinics that advertise these services on their website or social media without following the Code are at risk of TGA complaints and enforcement action. Indelible's Aesthetic Foundation tier builds copy and page structure that is designed to convert without triggering compliance issues.

12

Does the TGA compliance cover my social media too?

+

The build covers your website and the DM assistant. Social media content is not included in the Foundation packages. If you need ongoing social media compliance review, that can be discussed as a retainer add-on. Your existing social content is not reviewed unless you ask us to.

Technical

13

What is AEO and how is it different from SEO?

+

AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimisation. Where SEO targets Google's traditional blue-link results, AEO targets the AI-generated answers that tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews produce. When someone asks an AI for the best lash salon in Burleigh Heads, it reads websites, structured data, and reviews to decide who to name. AEO is the practice of structuring your online presence so you are the one it names. The techniques overlap with SEO but the priorities differ: AEO rewards directness, structured information, and local specificity over keyword density.

14

What platform is the website built on?

+

Astro 5 with Tailwind CSS v4, deployed to Cloudflare Pages. Astro produces static HTML by default, which means fast load times, excellent Lighthouse scores, and low hosting cost. We aim for 95+ on all Lighthouse metrics. No WordPress, no page builders, no template platforms.

15

Who hosts the website?

+

Cloudflare Pages on the free tier, which is sufficient for clinic traffic volumes. Your domain connects to Cloudflare via a simple DNS change. We handle the setup. You keep full ownership of the domain and hosting account.

16

Can I update the website myself after launch?

+

The site is built in Astro, so updating it requires basic comfort with code and a GitHub account. If that sounds like friction, we can handle content updates as part of a retainer. Most clinic owners prefer to email us a change rather than edit files directly. For retainer clients, content updates are included in the monthly fee.

Working Together

17

What if I already use Fresha or Timely for bookings?

+

The AI booking assistant works alongside your existing system, not instead of it. It handles new enquiries on Instagram DMs and routes bookings into whatever platform you already use. Fresha, Timely, Kitomba, and similar systems are all compatible. Your existing client records and workflows stay the same.

18

Do you work with non-beauty businesses?

+

No. We only work with beauty salons and aesthetic clinics. This is deliberate. Every part of the offer, from the website structure to the AEO methodology to the DM scripts, is built for this industry. A generalist agency can serve any business. We can serve yours better.

19

Do you guarantee results?

+

We guarantee the quality and completeness of every deliverable. We do not guarantee a specific AI search ranking because no honest agency can: the algorithms are not fully transparent and results vary by suburb, query, and category. What we do guarantee is that your AEO setup will be done correctly, that we track visibility monthly, and that retainer clients will see documented progress in their reports. AEO results are typically visible within 30 to 60 days of launch.
